Handel - Acis and Galatea

The Vocal Theater Workshop in the School of Music at Cleveland State University proudly presents their Fall Opera production, Handel's "Acis & Galatea."

Acis & Galatea is an English Baroque opera that follows the story of the nymph, Galatea, the shepherd, Acis, their love for each other, and the envious cyclops, Polyphemus, who threatens their happiness.
